RRSA group

Wow!  Our RRSA group has been triumphant and helped our school to win the UNICEF RRSA level 1 award, we're now thinking about what we can do to achieve level 2.  It will be another interesting journey, it will take time but is very worthwhile; we've seen the way our RRSA work for the level 1 award has made our school a happier, healthier and more focussed place to learn. We're very proud of our work in school; follow our blog for more information.

Rights for homeless.

Our recent weekly meetings we have been thinking about our next project. Some of our group wanted to make their friends think about what it would be like to be homeless. Others then suggested that we could think about what it would be like to be a Syrian refugee living in the camps.

Isabelle has been our secretary and written down our plan. We want to survey our friends and find out what they would miss if they were homeless and what they would take with them from home. Look out for our posters around school and see a group member to complete the survey.

We have just got some new members. Eirinn Nicholson, Callum Leslie and Molly Remington Kane joined our meeting this week as we started to research our next assignment.

We are looking forward to some of the younger children joining us soon.
